Why Should I get an original piece?

Do you know where those big jewelers at the mall get their pieces? A lot of them buy pieces from custom jewelry makers like Orlando Originals. You see, they purchase some items in bulk from somewhere in the world, and they churn out hundreds, if not thousands of the very same piece to the general populace. The gift recipient feels awesome about that new piece they received until they run into someone else with the same exact piece!  Instead of complementing each other’s jewelry, they shout out the name of the store where it likely came from, or they walk the other way in indignation because the duplicate piece has somehow taken the luster away from that very ‘unique’ gift they had received.

The big stores can’t help it. That is the business model. Unfortunately, that moment when you see someone with your same exact piece is kind of like wearing the same dress or outfit as someone else at a party, except that it’s much worse! How dare they wear something I own?
